La actividad, abierta a toda la ciudadan\u00eda sin necesidad de inscripci\u00f3n previa, forma parte de las acciones de promoci\u00f3n de la salud impulsadas desde la Concejal\u00eda de Mayores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.santabrigida.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Cartel-en-word-prevencion-de-caidas-2-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-46801\" src=\"https:\/\/www.santabrigida.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Cartel-en-word-prevencion-de-caidas-2-1-792x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"792\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El taller, titulado \u00abNo m\u00e1s ca\u00eddas\u00bb, tiene como objetivos prevenir las ca\u00eddas y preservar la autonom\u00eda de las personas mayores. Las ca\u00eddas constituyen uno de los principales riesgos para la salud y la autonom\u00eda en este colectivo, especialmente en un contexto de progresivo envejecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el COFC, prevenirlas requiere fomentar h\u00e1bitos saludables y promover herramientas que permitan mantener durante m\u00e1s tiempo la fuerza, el equilibrio y la capacidad funcional.
